WHEN I SUFFER GREAT LOSS, DISAPPOINTMENT, OR FAILURE
Morning
John 16:33
These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.
I praise you and worship you, Lord. I love you and recognize that all I have is from you. Everything I have is yours, and I surrender it all to you for your glory.
Therefore, whatever I have lost I release into your hands. I praise you and thank you that this is the day that you have made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it. Thank you for your grace and mercy. Thank you that you love me the way you do.
Thank you that you will bring good out of my situation. No matter what has happened or will happen in my life, as long as I am alive I will sing praises to you (Psalm 146:1-2).

Psalm 56:8-9
You number my wanderings; put my tears into your bottle; are they not in your book? When I cry out to you, then my enemies will turn back; this I know, because God is for me.
O God, you are Lord over heaven and on earth and Lord over my life. I praise you, my precious Redeemer and King. I thank you that you are a God of redemption and restoration.
I surrender to you all my grief or sadness over any loss, disappointment, or failure I have experienced and praise you in the midst of it. I thank you, Holy Spirit, that you are my Comforter.
Lord, I thank you that you allow no suffering that is without purpose. f know that you are a good God and what you allow will be used for good. I draw close to you in praise and worship, and put my hope in you, for with you there is mercy and redemption (Psalm 130:7).
Prayer Points
Thank the Lord for allowing you to participate in this year’s 21 days of prayer and fasting.
1 John 1:9 – Confess any known and unknown sins.
Praise the Lord for bringing you and your household into the year 2022.
1 Kings 18:46 - God give me special strength during this fasting season.
Psalm 18:6 – Father, I thank You that You heard and rescued me from my distress in the past. (mention it)
Psalm 18:16 – Lord, I affirm and thank You for Your rescue in the past from my losses, disappointments and failures. (mention it and thank Him)
Psalm 56:8 – All-knowing God, I thank You that You keep track of my tears due to my losses, disappointment and failures in life. You have and will give me success O Lord.
Psalm 56:9 – Like David, I know that You are on my side and when I call, You will turn my losses, disappointments and failures into my victories. (pray earnestly about this)
Father, in 2022 turn my past losses, disappointments and failures into victories. (pray fervently )
Lord, turn the losses, disappointments and failures of my household, PPT households and the church into victories this year.
Psalm 56:9 – Lord, because You are for me, frustrate both my spiritual and physical adversaries.
Psalm 130:7 - Affirm and declare the following: “ I (mention your name) will keep hoping, keep trusting, and keep waiting on the Lord, for He is tender-hearted, kind and forgiving. You O Lord has a thousand ways to set me free for the effects of my losses, disappointments and failures in Jesus’ name.”
Psalm 146:1 – Like David, let all that I am praise the Lord.

Prayer Declaration
I will extol you oh Lord because you are my God and king. Ruler of the universe, as creation praises you everyday, so will I bless you and praise your name. Father, your greatness is unsearchable. Jehovah El-Roi (the God who sees) you see my situation in 2022, and have already made provisions for my success because your mercies will be new daily this year for me, my household, and the church in Jesus’ name.
Therefore, I am hopeful that in 2022 my path will be brighter daily. The path of the church will be brighter daily. My future will be better than my past; 2022 will be better than 2021 because you will surround me with victories. Jehovah Nissi you are my banner and you will go before me and fight my battles. So shall it be.
